The return and refund methods are to be considered valid only for purchases made in Italy.

You can make an exchange or return of the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items purchased online from www.sabbatiniturco.com or through our Customer Service can only be refunded online or through Customer Service.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser by crediting the payment method used at the time of purchase.

The item must be in perfect condition, never worn.
The item must be returned in the original shipping box and in the original branded packaging, with any accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers, flyers or boxes.

Once received, the return will be inspected by our Quality Department who will certify the conditions. If the outcome of the check is positive, we will proceed with the replacement of the product or the refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

SABBATINI & TURCO delivers its articles all over the world in the country where the online order was placed. Orders can be delivered to the address entered on the checkout page of the website www.sabbatiniturco.com at the time of the order.

Payments

Orders placed online on the official website www.sabbatiniturco.com can be paid with major international credit or debit cards, PayPal or Apple Pay.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Maestro cards.

The sum will not be charged until your order is ready for shipment. The charge will be made in the same currency as the prices displayed on the site.

Your electronic transactions and payments are protected and encrypted by state-of-the-art security systems, offered by Stripe, compliant with the international standard PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). This ensures an extremely high level of security for your payment data.

Shipping & Returns

1. Fill in the online Return Form within 14 days from the order confirmation date (download it here).
2. Return the items to the original order packaging. Make sure that the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the safety label and seal are intact. Return packaging must be packaged securely.
3. We will send you the courier collection label to your inbox.
4. Apply the label to the package inside a sealed clear bag.
5. Leave the package to the courier.

The shipping costs will be charged to you only if you decide to send the return with a shipper other than the one proposed. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
It is not possible to return personalized items or request an exchange. Before requesting a return, please make sure that the products comply with all our return conditions. For more information, consult the General conditions of sale.

Items shipped to our warehouse or returned to the store will be inspected before being accepted. Verification can take up to 5 business days.

The refund will be made as soon as possible following acceptance of the return using the same payment method used for the purchase and in the same currency.

The credit will appear in your account within approximately one week of our refund confirmation email. The exact timing will depend on the different bank-level procedures.

Contact Customer Service on info@sabbatiniturco.com to check if the order has already been confirmed in our warehouse. Orders already confirmed in the warehouse cannot be cancelled. If the Customer Service confirms that the order has already been dispatched from the warehouse, you will have to wait for the delivery and proceed with the return.
